Learning by Design has recognized Seoul Foreign School's New High School with a 2023 Citation of Excellence in the Category of High School, New Construction of an entire school or campus.
The Jury commented that "This building shines through with consistent daylighting and transparency for a fluid experience visually and emotionally."
Learning By Design's Spring 2023 Educational Facilities Design Awards Showcase features a large assortment of exemplary PK-12 and post-secondary campus buildings. These recently or soon-to-be-activated projects include newly constructed entire schools and renovated spaces that house early childhood, middle school, high school, specialized education, and higher education environments. Scores are based on six criteria: Innovation; Sustainability; Interiors; Next Generation Learning; Planning and Functional Design; and Community Needs.
