Office Culture

Chu collab

Ennead is an alliance of individuals, who have a range of emphases, visions, backgrounds and analytical processes but share a history, a discipline, a philosophy, resources and an approach to problem solving.

Furthering our culture of collaboration and creativity, the office encourages the formation of committees to nurture curiosity and inclusion. Some examples include:

The AXP-ARE Committee encourages and assists staff in achieving and maintaining architectural licensure and is also a resource in pursuing LEED accreditation and completing Continuing Education requirements.

Geometry Club is intended to link our understanding of mathematical principals to design, and explore issues of architectural geometry through various design lenses with an overarching systems-based approach.

Ennead NOMA Group is committed to fostering a visible and supportive community of diverse designers within our office and within our local communities.

STIM is the Culture Platform at Ennead. Using a season-based format, we host lectures, mount exhibitions, throw parties and fabricate installations to critically unpack the most meaningful themes surrounding our profession today.

Women + Ennead (WE) is a network of support that advocates for the professional career development of women working within the culture of architecture at all levels within the firm.
