Ennead recently hosted Build Out Alliance's Annual "Build Your Career" workshop, a day-long career development workshop for soon-to-be graduates and young professionals. The event partnered with National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA) groups like Ennead's to bring together panelists from design firms, and industry recruiters to share tips for success. The career workshop was a day-long event with a panel discussion, portfolio review, and mock interviews.

Shalini Abeyaratne, Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager at Ennead, participated in the event as a panelist. Shalini has a personal mission to make the architecture profession more diverse and equitable, is a member of NOMA, and a registered architect with more than 20 years of experience.
