This discussion will bring together black professionals from all stages of their careers including emerging architects, firm principles, and educators; to share their experiences and insights on creating a more equitable and inclusive environment. Participants will engage in a candid exploration of the challenges, successes, and best practices for promoting equity in Architecture.
