The building's bended-bar form and stepped massing maximize views of the Dubai skyline while minimizing exposure to the industrial harbor, creating an iconic presence on the waterfront. Curvilinear balconies wrap the entire building, uniting residences and amenities into a cohesive architectural identity. Amenities are distributed across the ground floor, the parking podium rooftop, two intermediate sky floors, and the roof—each level offering its own view trajectory and experience.
