It was crucial for us to create an accessible, secure and private environment that responds inventively to the city’s progressive and innovative approach to tackling homelessness.

项目分为两个不同部分:一层和地下一层多为公共活动区,并承接欢迎中心和接待重任;行政办公室、客户等候区、客户访谈间等则均位于二楼至七楼内、自然光线充足的公寓式隔间内。

南北立面以其独特背景和纹理符号相互区分:陶土材料援引自民用住宅楼的砖石结构,锌和金属的装饰花纹象征工业美学,而玻璃材料则极大地增强了建筑本身的透明性和可视性。

建筑内外贯穿高性能集成系统:建筑表皮(雨屏)、雨水收集、及屋顶绿化技术。

该建筑同时也是LEED金色认证项目。
